Welcome to Kids Physio – Fraser St. Located just two blocks south of the diagonal Kingsway and Fraser Street intersection, this flagship location of Kids Physio Group offers appointments seven days a week. You’ll find Kids Physio – Fraser on the 2nd floor of the building. We are wheelchair and stroller accessible.
Parking is a breeze by Vancouver standards! There is free 2-hour parking on Fraser Street or East 18th Avenue, and there is also a small lot behind the building.

There is free street parking on both Fraser Street AND E 18th ave. We also have free parking in our lot behind the building, where wheelchair parking is also available. Once you’ve parked, you can access the clinic from the westside of Fraser Street and head upstairs.

We provide physiotherapy treatments delivered by registered physiotherapists. Please verify your specific plan coverage before booking your appointment.
No, it is not needed. However, some extended benefit plans do need a doctor’s referral, so ensure to check with your provider for a better understanding.

We bill directly to most insurance providers, unless your specific policy does not allow electronic submissions. Please add your insurance information to your intake form, or bring it with you to your first appointment and discuss your insurance and billing with our front desk staff.
