Kids Physio’s newest clinic is located inside the City Square mall at the intersection of Cambie and 12th. We are in the Upper Shops level of the mall. There is plenty of underground parking in the mall, so don’t forget your ticket as we will validate your parking.

We share this amazing new space with Jump Gymnastics! Through pediatric physiotherapy and non-competitive, developmental gymnastics we will nurture and empower children to reach their highest gross motor potential.

Additional Information

Where are you located?

The clinic is inside the City Square mall (not in the office/medical towers). We are unit 155, on the Upper Shops level on the west side. We are located next to the Dollarama upstairs from the food court.

Is there parking?

Yes you can park underground! Bring your ticket and we will validate your parking for you. You can enter the parkade from Cambie street North or from Ash street. From the parkade, you can take the elevator or escalator to the Upper Shops level. There is also a 5 minute drop off zone just off 12th between Cambie and Ash if you would prefer to drop off and pick up your child.

Can I go between the Fraser and Cambie clinics depending on my schedule?

Absolutely! We are always striving to offer family-centered care, so if going between two clinics is better for you, you can certainly do that. However, we do have two separate booking links, so you will have to create two accounts. Let our front desk staff know if you have questions and they can help you navigate the system.

Are you in the same space as Jump Gymnastics?

Yes! We share our waiting room with Jump Gymnastics and have the huge benefit of having them as our amazing neighbours. Don’t worry though, the physio treatment space is still complete independent and private.

Can I drop off my child and go do some shopping?

Once you have been to the clinic, you can certainly ask your physio if it’s okay to drop off your child. You physio might want to chat with you briefly before or after physio, but you should have lots of time to shop around!

Do you accept At Home Program or AFU funding?

Absolutely. Please give the clinic a call at (604) 730 6966 and one of our receptionists can walk you through the process, or email our Office Manager directly at [email protected]

Is this covered by insurance?

We provide physiotherapy treatments delivered by registered physiotherapists, so check with your plan what your specific coverage is for that before booking an appointment.

Will you bill directly to my insurance?

We are currently able to bill directly to Pacific Blue Cross. Please bring your information with you to your first appointment and tell the receptionist that that is how you will be paying at the beginning of the session.

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

Nope! But some extended benefit plans DO, so check with them if you’re unsure and plan to use insurance.

I don’t have insurance, what do I do?

As a private physiotherapy clinic we do require payment after each session. If your child needs physiotherapy but you’re worried about the cost please call the clinic at (604) 730 6966 to discuss 3rd party funding opportunities or payment plans.

Do you work with sports teams or do group concussion baseline testing?

Yes! Please reach out to clinic owner Silvana at [email protected] if you’d like to set something up or would like more information.
