About Rhiannon

Growing up in North Vancouver inspired Rhiannon’s passion for the outdoors and an active lifestyle. She grew up playing a variety of sports with a focus on high-level Irish Dance and Soccer. Her interest in physiotherapy stems from her experience rehabbing injuries as a young athlete and the positive impact her physiotherapist had on her.

Rhiannon attended McGill University for a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology where she took on several leadership roles within her community and spent much time volunteering in local hospitals and supporting Special Olympics programs. The love of the West Coast brought her home and she went on to complete her Master of Physical Therapy at UBC. During the program, she completed clinical placements all over BC. This included two private clinics with an orthopedic focus, outpatient neuro rehab, community outreach in a rural town, and acute care experience in three different hospitals. She has always enjoyed working with children in various capacities including coaching youth soccer, teaching Irish Dance, and working as a youth community-based support worker. Rhiannon is passionate about taking a collaborative and holistic approach to care with an emphasis on active treatment and education. She is honoured to be a part of her clients’ journey towards achieving their goals.

When not at work, you can find Rhiannon playing soccer, learning a new craft, watching Formula 1, or spending time outdoors hiking, camping, and paddle boarding!
