Lianne is a passionate physical therapist who loves using movement and play-based methods to improve lives. Her journey into physical therapy was a natural fit, driven by her lifelong interest in sports and strength training. While studying at the University of Manitoba, she became fascinated with understanding how the human body works. Combining this curiosity with her love of movement and helping others, Lianne found her calling in physical therapy.
In 2022, Lianne earned her Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Manitoba, building on her earlier achievement of a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree in 2020. Lianne’s passion for pediatric care grew from her diverse background, including lifeguarding, water safety instruction, and day camp leadership. This passion deepened during a rewarding clinical placement in pediatrics, confirming her genuine interest in working with kids within the field of physiotherapy.
Lianne’s experience as a physiotherapist includes working with infants and children of all ages who have a wide range of diagnoses. She has provided physiotherapy services in a variety of settings, including schools, homes, and daycares across Western and Central Manitoba. Lianne’s unwavering commitment drives her to constantly learn and improve, ensuring she delivers the best possible care to the children and families she serves.
