About Kirsten

Kirsten was born and raised here in beautiful Victoria. She spent her childhood roaming around the Westshore before adventuring to Alberta for her post-secondary career. After spending the majority of the past 7 years away, she is incredibly excited to be back home and working in the pediatric field.

Kirsten graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelors of Kinesiology with distinctions. She then went on to complete her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta.

From a young age, Kirsten knew that she wanted to be a physical therapist who worked with children following a back injury that caused her to spend a significant amount of her youth at physio. Her love for working with children was further strengthened through a pediatric placement at the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital in Edmonton, where she got to work with children with varying neurological and musculoskeletal conditions. Kirsten is extremely passionate about helping all children achieve their full physical potential and showing children that exercise can be fun.
