Carly grew up Toronto, and spent her summers growing up as a camper and later a camp counsellor at a summer camp in rural Nova Scotia. As a camp counsellor Carly enjoyed teaching swimming and creating fun and interactive activities for her campers.

During this time, Carly volunteered at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital and Kayla’s Children Centre where she continued to develop her passion for working with kiddos. Carly completed her physiotherapy degree at the University of Toronto. Here she had the opportunity to return to Holland Bloorview as a student intern. She also became involved with Exercise is Medicine where she was able to promote her passion for health and fitness.
Carly is a believer in family centred-care. She loves to work as a team with both kids and their families to help reach their goals. Carly is always thinking of creative ways to make her sessions fun and engaging. Outside of the clinic, Carly is an avid runner, who recently completed her first half-marathon!
