Originally from Victoria, Carly completed her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at the University of Victoria. She then moved to Vancouver to complete her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia, where she confirmed her love for paediatrics during two placements at BC Children’s Hospital. To gain more exposure to the paediatric field, Carly spent 8 months volunteering at Kids Physio as a student and quickly discovered the clinic was the right fit for her.
Carly enjoys treating patients ranging from babies to teenagers and loves the challenge of keeping the sessions both effective and fun. Her post-graduate education and experience allows Carly to treat patients with a wide range of presentations including developmental disorders, torticollis, plagiocephaly, gross motor delays and more! She also a special interest in treating athletes, including both orthopaedic injuries as well as concussions. Carly is also the Community Engagement Manager for our Fraser Street clinic and works to keep KPG active in our local community!
Outside the clinic, you would likely find Carly training at CrossFit, playing one of many sports, catching up with her three sisters, cheering on the Canucks and Seahawks, or adventuring in the mountains on her snowboard.
