About Brianna

Brianna grew up in the Lower Mainland and was heavily involved in competitive dance and the world of aquatics which introduced her to the world of physiotherapy. She even remembers her first physiotherapy session as a patient! She was 8 years old with an ankle sprain, and in a large intimidating facility surrounded by big machines and adults who were more than 3x her age – she even needed to bring a stool in to get onto the treatment bed! Needless to say, having gone through that experience herself, Brianna is so excited to provide a high level of care in a fun and kid-friendly environment so that the children can focus on their rehab!

After years of competitive swimming, she decided to begin coaching. She worked with athletes of all ages and abilities, assisting them in progressing from the grassroots level and beyond. In fact, some of the athletes she has previously coached have since moved on to competing at a provincial or national level. She was also involved with delivering swim lessons to children with varying levels of ability and developmental conditions – it quickly became clear that this was an area of passion for Brianna.
