La course \u00e0 pied commence \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper apr\u00e8s l'\u00e2ge de deux ans. Au d\u00e9but, le mod\u00e8le de course d\u2019un enfant comprendra souvent une double phase d\u2019appui (les deux pieds au sol pendant un certain temps) qui fait partie de la marche et n\u2019est pas incluse dans un mod\u00e8le de course typique. \u00c0 mesure que votre enfant vieillit et se d\u00e9veloppe, son rythme de course se d\u00e9veloppera \u00e9galement et commencera \u00e0 ressembler davantage \u00e0 celui d\u2019un adulte.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>Variations dans les mod\u00e8les de course<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les enfants (et les adultes !) peuvent courir selon diff\u00e9rents sch\u00e9mas, notamment diff\u00e9rentes positions et styles de pieds.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une \u00e9valuation physioth\u00e9rapeutique est justifi\u00e9e si votre enfant pr\u00e9sente l'un des sympt\u00f4mes suivants pendant sa course\u00a0:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e9marche antalgique ou douloureuse (votre enfant \u00e9vitera de s'appuyer d'un c\u00f4t\u00e9 pr\u00e9cis \u00e0 cause de la douleur)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Balancer excessivement les jambes sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mod\u00e8le de marche avec les orteils pendant la course<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vitesse r\u00e9duite par rapport aux fr\u00e8res et s\u0153urs ou aux pairs<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e9marche maladroite et difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 accomplir les activit\u00e9s de la vie quotidienne (aller aux toilettes, s'habiller, se brosser les cheveux, etc.)<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>Comment la physioth\u00e9rapie peut aider<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La physioth\u00e9rapie peut aider \u00e0 \u00e9valuer et \u00e0 diagnostiquer toute anomalie potentielle dans le positionnement, la structure, la d\u00e9marche ou les d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres musculaires du pied.
