Blazin’ Soccer Dogs
A free league that boosts “a soccer team for anyone and everyone”. Currently there are over 100 players registered and most have special needs. The team states that it is never too late in the season to join and it is a free league. The season runs until the end of June with two divisions: Pups: 4-8 years old & Dogs: 9-21 years old.

Little Mountain Baseball Little League Challenger Division
Baseball for kids aged 5-18 years with cognitive and physical challenges. The program includes 2 games per week (including practice skills) and runs April to June.

Pilates for Moms & Babes/Infant Massage
Moms are able to participate with their newborn to pre-crawling babies while learning pilates movements to help restore core strength and optimal posture. Power To Be
PTB provides adaptive recreation for people with various abilities, from age 6 years and up. The Adaptive Recreation Program provides people living with a disability to access activities such as kayaking, indoor rock climing, environmental education and camping. No experience necessary!
